Walking City Pirates

As soon as I saw the OCT meme by Technicolor-yawn, I thought "Yay! Another Pirate!"
So... I wanted to draw a picture of Fiore drinking with a fellow sea scoundrel! (although technically Fiore can't drink anything... but I think Scarlet would be more than happy to drink Fiore's share too).

PS: since there isn't a ref for Scarlet yet, I used Technicolor's old drawing to decide the colours.
